Enterprise technology, built and run.

YK Global builds and runs enterprise technology for organisations across EMEA, APAC and North America: ERP and integration delivery, our own software products, commerce, and training. One team, accountable for the outcome rather than the handover.

Four divisions, one company

Each runs its own delivery and its own commercial terms. Enquiries are routed to whichever one fits, and you deal with the people doing the work.

CONS

Enterprise consulting

ERP and integration delivery, with most of our depth in the Oracle estate: E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud applications, and the integration work that sits between them and everything else you run.

SAAS

AI and software products

Our own products, licensed by subscription. Built for organisations in this region, with the deployment and residency constraints that implies treated as requirements rather than obstacles.

SHOP

Commerce

Digital and physical products, sold directly and through suppliers. Smaller than our other divisions and deliberately so: it exists to serve demand we already see rather than to chase a retail market.

ACAD

Academy

Training built from delivery work rather than from a slide library. If we teach an ERP module, it is because we have implemented it and know where it goes wrong.

How we work

Scope before price

We will not quote a number before we understand what you need. A proposal that arrives within an hour of a first call is a guess, and you end up paying for the guess being wrong.

Your data stays where it must

Our products deploy inside your network where a regulator requires it. If residency is a constraint for you, it is a design input for us, not an exception we negotiate later.

Written down, then built

Assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria go in the proposal. The arguments worth having are the ones you have before the work starts.

What we are building

Systems we build for ourselves first, then for the people who ask for them. Each one is a tool, not a retainer.

SoftwareIn development

Agentic orchestration

Agents that run a real process end to end - marketing, sales, lead qualification and customer support - with a person holding the decisions that matter and an audit trail behind every action.

  • Lead capture, qualification and routing
  • Customer support triage and first response
  • Approval gates a human actually holds
  • Every action logged against the record it changed

SoftwareIn development

AI content generation

Social and long-form content produced against your brand voice and reviewed before it goes out. The generator is the easy half; the review queue is what makes it usable.

  • Social posts in your voice, scheduled
  • Long-form articles drafted from your material
  • A review step before anything publishes
  • Arabic and English, written rather than translated

ConsultingIn development

Supply chain analytics

Demand, inventory and logistics analysis built into systems you already run. We build the model and the reporting around it rather than handing over a deck.

  • Demand and inventory modelling
  • Supplier and lead-time analysis
  • Built into your ERP, not beside it

SoftwareIn development

Immersive sales enablement

Augmented and virtual reality product demonstrations your sales team uses in front of their customers. A tool for selling, not a showreel.

  • Product configurators your team can carry
  • Walkthroughs of equipment too large to bring
  • Runs on the hardware your people already have

Interested in any of these before they are finished? Say so — early engagements shape what gets built.

Written from delivery work

Notes on building and running enterprise systems across EMEA, APAC and North America.

What to settle before you issue your first invoice

Five decisions that are cheap to make before the first invoice and expensive to change afterwards — numbering, VAT registration, payment terms, the legal entity on the document, and what happens when a client does not pay.
