We will not quote a number before we understand what you need. A proposal that arrives an hour after a first call is a guess, and you end up paying for the guess being wrong.
About us
YK Global is a global technology company. We build enterprise systems and then run them — for organisations across EMEA, APAC and North America that need something delivered, migrated, or taken off a licence they no longer want to pay for.
How we got here
YK Global was founded by two people who had spent years inside enterprise delivery and were tired of the same pattern: a vendor wins on a demo, hands over at go-live, and the organisation is left operating something nobody there designed. We build and then stay. That is the whole idea, and it is why we are deliberately a small senior team rather than a large bench.

Residency is a design input
Where your data lives is decided at the start, not negotiated at procurement. Our products can run entirely inside your own network where a regulator requires it.
Written down, then built
Assumptions, exclusions and acceptance criteria go in the proposal. The arguments worth having are the ones you have before the work starts.

There is no account manager layer. You talk to the people doing the work.

Enterprise consulting
ERP and integration delivery, with most of our depth in the Oracle estate: E-Business Suite, Fusion Cloud applications, and the integration work that sits between them and everything else you run.
SAAS
AI and software products
Our own products, licensed by subscription. Built for organisations in this region, with the deployment and residency constraints that implies treated as requirements rather than obstacles.
SHOP
Commerce
Digital and physical products, sold directly and through suppliers. Smaller than our other divisions and deliberately so: it exists to serve demand we already see rather than to chase a retail market.
ACAD
Academy
Training built from delivery work rather than from a slide library. If we teach an ERP module, it is because we have implemented it and know where it goes wrong.
