What we do

Phased delivery with named acceptance criteria per phase. Data migration treated as its own workstream, because it is where these projects are usually lost.
Integration
Making the ERP talk to the systems around it — payroll, banking, government platforms, custom applications — with interfaces that can be monitored and re-run rather than silently failing.
Support and managed service
Ongoing support against an agreed response time, with the same people who built it.
How we engage
- Fixed-price for scoped phases; time and materials only where the scope genuinely cannot be fixed yet, and we will say which it is.
- Milestone invoicing against acceptance, not against elapsed time.
- Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice.
When we are not the right fit
If you need a large bench of bodies on site from next week, we are not that company. We work in small senior teams.
