What we do
Supplier-fulfilled orders
Where we do not hold stock, we are explicit that we are not holding stock, and we give you the lead time we were given.
How we engage
- Payment on order for most items; agreed terms for established account customers.
- Lead times are quoted as what the supplier told us, with the date we were told it.
When we are not the right fit
We do not compete on price with volume retailers and will not pretend to.
